  • How can I place an order?
    It's simple. There are 2 ways to place an order with us.

    1. Through our online store
    Order anytime day or night by simply adding the item/s you would like to purchase into your shopping cart. Then checkout by registering with us. You can by by Paypal, which will be safely transmitted to us.

    2. Over the phone
    If you'd prefer to place your order over the phone please call our customer service number +617 5465 3344, between 9am-5pm EST Monday to Friday, and we'll be happy to assist you. You can pay by Credit Card, Bank Deposit and we even offer Laybys for purchases over $200
     
  • What currency are your prices listed in?
    All prices on the website are listed in Australian Dollars and include GST.
  • How will my jewellery be delivered?
    We ship using Australia Posts registered parcel network, it requires signature on delivery and as standard has $100 worth of insurance included, we are happy to organize a higher rate of insurance just email or call
  • Can I return something if it is not what I expected?
    We hope our jewellery looks even better when you open up the gift box and try it on. If, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the item/s to us within 10 days of receiving it.
     
  • What can I do if my jewellery purchase is faulty or breaks?
    The manufacturers we work with to design our jewellery are of the highest standard, however, from time to time things can go wrong in the manufacturing process leading to items being faulty. If this occurs, please return the item immediately and we will either repair or replace the item depending on the age of the it
  • I need advice on what set to choose for myself or for a gift. Can you help?
    We would be delighted to help! We know the collection inside out as we wear them everyday, and would be more than happy to help you with your selection. 

    Whether you are choosing a gift for someone else or something for yourself we can assist you with colour selection and give advice on what's most suitable for different occasions. Contact Us Or, you may decide a Gift Certificate is the answer, we can organise that for you
     
  • How will my order be packaged?
    All orders are gift boxed and delivered to your chosen delivery address. If your order is a gift, we can gift wrap it for you with our compliments. Just let us know in the notes section during checkout.
     
  • Is my personal information kept private?

  • Are my credit card details secure?
    The security of your information and payment details are of paramount importance to us. Our store is secured by Paypal and together with our secure payment gateway, all credit card details are kept fully encrypted to ensure the full security of your details.
